Shawn McFaul is responsible for managing the firm and relationships with the construction industry. He is also the go-to guy for graphics used in cases or training.

He has a degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon, worked for a design/build architecture firm, owned a residential remodel business, and was a project engineer for McCarthy Construction, a national, commercial, general contractor. His projects with McCarthy included renovating the Space Needle in Seattle and building the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Salem.

In his spare time, he builds fine furniture and niche cabinetry and sculpts.
